Minimum requirements include being 21 years of age or older, retail and/or food management experience, willingness to work any shift, occasional travel, valid driver’s license, and a customer-centric mindset. Candidates must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check, and be prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
