About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the total holistic omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, create an inclusive culture promoting collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit, and analyze sales to optimize results and profits.

A Day in the Life

• Managing the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial standards
• Representing the brand positively during customer interactions
• Setting and analyzing sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results
• Providing excellent personal customer service and promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
• Managing store operations, maintenance, and admin routines

Fashion & Trend Awareness

• Staying updated with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors
• Ensuring the team provides product and fashion knowledge to customers

Team & Development

• Talent and performance management, including recruiting, onboarding, and development
• Conducting performance evaluations and succession planning
• Collaborating with the area and store leadership teams

Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution

• Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Managing stock levels and store routines for opening and closing
