La-Z-Boy Southeast is seeking a proven leader to manage a gallery team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on driving sales, interior design execution, and In-Home Design Program growth with adherence to policies and company goals.

The compensation includes a $65,000 base and performance-based bonuses, total annual compensation up to $120,000, and a focus on staff development and client service in Georgia and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years of progressive sales management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Execute interior design and sales strategies.
• Promote and develop In-Home Design Program.

Total annual compensation ranges from $65,000 to $120,000, consisting of a $65,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage sales staff, interior designer, and support staff to exceed daily and monthly goals
• Execute interior design and sales strategies
• Promote and develop In-Home Design Program
• Ensure adherence to all company policies
• Communicate company mission statement, goals, and strategies to the entire staff
• Coordinate office scheduling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Alternatively, candidates with 10+ years of progressive sales management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
