Role Description

The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN, responsible for the daily operations and performance of the boutique. This role includes overseeing staff scheduling, coaching and supporting team members, and maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards. The Store Manager will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks also involve managing inventory, monitoring retail loss prevention measures, handling opening and closing procedures, and maintaining accurate reporting. The Store Manager will collaborate with ownership on store promotions, customer engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement of the in-store experience.

• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work on-site full time, including some evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons as needed.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is a plus.
