We are seeking outgoing, energetic, positive leaders to represent our brand, develop sales teams focused on increasing profits, provide exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Salary ranges from $32,500 to $38,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commissions up to 15% of your total sales based on performance, with a bonus program based on store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
• Meeting sales quotas for the team and individual
• Consulting customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Building customer loyalty and long-term relationships
• Increasing customer traffic through local marketing
• Maintaining client billing records and tracking delinquent accounts
• Ensuring the salon is clean and organized
• Handling cash, opening/closing the business, and daily administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Two+ years of management experience or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Strong sales drive and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours daily
