Salary of $32,500-$38,000 a year based on location and experience.

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive leaders to represent our brand, develop sales teams, provide exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term relationships.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thrives in a commission-driven environment, and desires a career in the skincare industry.

Bonus program based on store performance, with uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
• Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers professionally and upbeat
• Building loyalty and long-term relationships
• Increasing customer traffic through local marketing
• Maintaining client billing records and tracking delinquent accounts
• Keeping the salon clean and organized
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Completing administrative paperwork and tracking goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Two+ years of management experience or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
• Polished professional appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours daily
