• Will work between multiple stores in the district.
• This location is closed on Sundays.
• Standard Operating Hours: 8am to 7pm.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more sites.
• Develop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing solutions.
• Improve sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process deposits.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness standards through maintenance duties.
• Work independently and with team members and other stores in the area.
• Run errands and travel to other store locations.

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing employment experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle (except in NYC).
• High school diploma or GED; college is a plus.
