Job description

Position Overview: As a Store Manager, you will supervise, direct, and manage all phases of store operations to maximize sales and margins, control expenses, and meet targeted goals through effective utilization of personnel and resources.

Description

• Enforce all store rules and company policies; suggest or implement changes as needed to improve operations.
• Plan, organize, and control store activities with the assistance of Department Managers and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; monitor and discipline staff to maintain compliance.
• Ensure staff adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Maintain courteous customer service, handle requests, refunds, and complaints promptly.
• Represent the company within the store and the community.
• Make operational decisions regarding work procedures, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, etc., to optimize results.
• Supervise checkout operations and ensure checker accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of company records and financial data.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including financial performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
