Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the efficient operation of our retail store.

The role focuses on achieving sales goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing store operations and staff. You will oversee daily store operations, coach a team of sales associates and assistant managers, and drive profitability while maintaining merchandising standards and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage a budget.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates and assistant managers.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage replenishment.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the efficient operation of our retail store. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing store operations and staff.
