Role Overview:

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, providing personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
• Ensure safety and security by adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain the store's appearance and overall presentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service or retail sales, with at least 1 year in sales management.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
