About the Opportunity

Join a well-established leader in the industrial supply/components space! We're seeking a hands-on Store Manager who can drive operational excellence, foster strong customer relationships, and help us grow our footprint in Central Massachusetts.

What You’ll Do

As the face of our Worcester-area location, you’ll wear many hats. You’ll oversee store operations, provide technical product support, and ensure customer satisfaction, and keeping the team and inventory running like a well-oiled machine.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving store performance through smart sales strategies and operational oversight
  • Providing technical support and product recommendations to customers
  • Overseeing parts sales, order processing, and counter service
  • Coordinating industrial products (we’ll train you!)
  • Monitoring and replenishing inventory levels
  • Keeping the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
  • Managing budgets, reporting on sales trends, and tracking store profitability

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on. You thrive in a busy environment and know how to balance service with operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+years of store or warehouse management experience
  • Industrial or manufacturing background is strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service instincts and a problem-solving mindset
  • Mechanical interest or aptitude (industrial product knowledge is a plus!)
  • Solid math and measurement skills
  • Professional communication and a positive, team-first attitude
  • Consistently dependable and punctual, setting the standard for the team
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or industrial supply is strongly preferred
  • Background check required as part of the hiring process
