  • Lead daily floor operations, including staffing, scheduling, and coverage.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates and key holders, and manage their day‑to‑day performance.
  • Set individual and team performance goals; conduct regular one‑on‑ones, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention protocols for high‑value merchandise.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in partnership with the Creative team.
  • Lead local clienteling initiatives, private appointments, and in‑store events, partnering with Marketing on flagship campaigns where applicable.
  • Partner with the People team on hiring, onboarding, and employee relations matters.
  • Partner with fellow Store Managers to share best practices across the fleet.
  • Report sales trends, client feedback, and inventory needs to senior retail leadership.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2+ years in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or a comparable premium category.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a clienteling‑driven environment.
  • Experience recruiting, training, and leading a team of sales associates and key holders.
  • Strong command of POS systems, inventory management software, and sales reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with scheduling and reporting.
  • Polished, professional presence consistent with a luxury retail environment.
