The Product Development Manager leads the end-to-end development of new jewelry products, from concept through market launch. This role manages the product development cycle to align with the go-to-market (GTM) calendar, which is created and owned by Merchandising, manages relationships with vendors and manufacturing partners, and organizes the workflows of the design team to ensure collections are delivered on time, on brand, and to the Company's quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the jewelry industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a luxury or fine jewelry environment.
The salary range for this position is: $90,000-$115,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, education, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, commission, or other forms of compensation.
