The Store Manager leads all retail store operations, focusing on quality and service to ensure memorable customer experiences. Responsibilities include people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, work order management, customer service, staffing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals, such as Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, and quality metrics.
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified and perform quality work through training and coaching.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment standards, collaborate on marketing materials, and respond to customer complaints/warranty issues.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma/GED or 5-7 years leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• 3+ years leadership experience with performance incentives.
• 3-5 years retail or service center experience, automotive preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work at heights.
