Highland Park, Los Angeles | Full-Time | Opening August 2025

We’re launching adual-brand retail conceptin Highland Park and looking for aStore Managerto lead the charge. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage one space that housestwo creative fashion brands: INTENTIONALLY BLANK + RIRIKU. We’re looking for someone with retail experience, management instincts, and the drive toown every detailof the store—staffing, visuals, inventory, client experience, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations for both brands
• Build and lead a team, set schedules, and drive sales
• Receive inventory, create systems, and lead merchandising
• Develop client relationships and oversee events
• Create SOPs and workflow systems
• Shape the customer experience from top to bottom

What We Are Looking For:

• Retail management or key holder experience preferred
• Strong leadership instincts and comfort with responsibility
• Must be passionate about fashion, brand storytelling, anddeveloping a client book
• Organized, creative, and able to work independently
• Visual merchandising and event planning experience are a plus
