What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager who embodies GNC's "Live Well" philosophy—living strong, living long, and living fit. At GNC, we celebrate that everyone's journey to living well is unique. With your understanding of business needs and passion for health and wellness, you will offer tailored and innovative solutions to each customer.

What You'll Do

This is a Full-Time Hourly Supervisory Position

As a Store Manager, you will lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to our customers. You will oversee daily store operations, including business performance, product management, and ensuring your team has the tools to succeed. You will represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting our "Live Well" message.

  • Ensure products are merchandised according to GNC standards, with visibility and accessibility in mind.
  • Support the shopping experience, including visual displays, sales initiatives, and customer relationships like MYGNC Rewards.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, while helping sales associates reach their potential.
  • Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, give feedback, recruit, hire, and manage performance.
  • Manage opening, closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits following GNC procedures.
  • Attend community events to promote GNC’s mission and initiatives.
Environmental Factors & Working Schedule
  • Stand or walk up to eight hours daily.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 20 pounds (occasionally up to 40 pounds).
  • Use of computer up to 60% of the time.
  • Work in temperatures from 50-85°F, especially in stock areas.
Work Schedule Expectations
  • Managers of mall and strip stores work at least two nights during the week, one weekend night, and one additional night.
  • Strip center managers work full shifts on Saturdays.
  • Mall managers work peak days including weekends and at least one full Sunday per month.
  • Downtown store managers work during lunch hours and one evening per week, no Saturdays required.
  • All managers work major U.S. holidays when stores are open.
