As a Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering excellent customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site 100% in Lakewood, CA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales and profit goals by managing expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and increasing net contribution.
2. Maintain high customer service standards.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively.
4. Engage and motivate staff through training, mentoring, and leadership.
5. Understand the local market, sales strategies, and customer base.
6. Ensure the store's exterior and interior, including displays, meet standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail experience; knowledge of paint and sundries is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and internet applications.
• Flexible shifts, minimum 50 hours/week, valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely.
• Consent to background checks, drug testing, and motor vehicle record checks.

The salary ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, with eligibility for overtime. Compensation varies by location and is influenced by skills, experience, and organizational needs.
