Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales.

The role supports a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours per week, including weekends, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a pay range of $67,430.00 – $114,620.00. Responsibilities include staff management, training, payroll tracking, inventory control, and maintaining records while meeting store goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Position Summary

As an exempt leadership role, Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs.

$3,000 sign‑on bonus (for first‑time hires). Pay Range: $67,430.00 – $114,620.00.
