Job Description:
This position is responsible for the overall profitability and customer relations of the store. The Store Manager supervises all store operations, including sub-department managers, and must have a comprehensive understanding of departments such as Meat, Produce, Bakery/Deli, and Grocery. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring staff, establishing work schedules, managing employee concerns, bookkeeping, and preparing daily reports.
