Managers In Training will learn how to manage daily store operations from our experienced leaders, working with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, and gaining hands-on experience across shifts. After training, they will join our bench leadership team, supporting store operations until assigned their own store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist in building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure in-stock availability
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food
• Maintain cleanliness of the store interior and exterior, including food service areas and bathrooms
• Operate cash register efficiently
• Support food service operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year retail or food service experience
• Leadership experience in retail, guest service, or restaurant roles preferred
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus
• Strong communication, high energy, team orientation, and computer skills

Additional Details

This is a full-time position involving various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in cool environments. Reliable transportation is needed for banking deposits, and specialized attire is provided for food safety.
