The Cabinets To Go Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of selling kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring products, and installation services. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to operational management, order management, human resources, inventory control, reporting, store maintenance, sales, training, and other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in cabinet sales and design or sales in construction/home improvement retail.
• 1-3 years of sales management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to execute sales strategies and manage inventory.
• Experience in retail setting.

General Responsibilities

• Driving sales, customer service, and inventory control.
• Selling kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring, and installation services.
• Leading and motivating sales team to achieve goals.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom and warehouse.
• Performing product demonstrations and designing kitchen layouts using CAD software.
