Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of one or more sites.

• Develop customer relationships by assessing storage needs and providing solutions.

• Enhance sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.

• Guide customers through rental processes and agreements.

• Handle cash, balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process deposits.

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility.

• Work independently and collaboratively with team members and other stores.

• Run errands and travel to other store locations as needed.

• Hours may vary from standard operating hours.

Your Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

• Preferred 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong computer skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (excluding NYC).

• High school diploma or GED; college education a plus.
