Lumber Liquidators in Jeffersontown, KY is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales and installation team, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee store operations, coach staff, manage inventory and HR tasks, resolve issues, maintain a welcoming store, and generate reports on profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of direct sales managerial experience, including team development and leadership.
• Retail environment experience with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Proactive, hands-on approach: willing to assist team members and step in where needed

Summary
