Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team, helping them give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. With our paid training and daily responsibilities, you will develop your sales consultants, embrace store ownership, and drive high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be accountable for all retail store functions, communicate and implement the company vision, and lead the entire store staff.

Typical Day

Take care of guests, ensure coworkers have what they need, lead by example on the sales floor, coach one‑on‑one, and motivate the team to reach higher performance levels. Handle daily operational tasks, maintain brand compliance, and drive operational excellence.

• Driving personal sales by following our EGET sales process.
• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Taking directions from District Manager on day‑to‑day operations.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Providing your team with training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience and handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Identifying selling skill gaps and building development plans to meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments.
• Running store operations – analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, meeting compliance, and opening trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT as needed to ensure store uptime and functionality.
• Monitoring inventory by restocking shelves, maintaining device security, and managing store cleanliness.
• Leading store merchandising and planogram compliance per company expectations.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
• Collective responsibility on attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.

Compensation

Pay will include a base rate of $13.50/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

Requirements

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Customer Service or a leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high‑performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift ten pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Training Requirements

Employees must attend and complete the 2‑week New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer‑based training courses will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
