As Store Manager, you will manage daily operations, oversee inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also handle staff scheduling and training.

You will collaborate with a team of store associates and support staff in a dynamic retail environment in Houston, Texas. This role involves assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You'll work in a fast-paced setting where multitasking and quick decision-making are essential. The team will include cashiers, sales associates, and customer service representatives, all working together to meet daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service. The bustling retail environment will require you to be adaptable and resilient, as you navigate through peak shopping hours and seasonal promotions.
