Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team at the Park Meadows location. The role focuses on creating a customer-centric environment, driving sales, and managing day-to-day store operations, staffing, and inventory.

You will guide a team of Associates while delivering exceptional service to shoppers. Requirements include 5-7 years in retail sales, 3-5 years in retail management, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Location: Park Meadows

The Store Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a customer centric environment by making customers a priority while driving sales. In addition, the position requires successfully managing the day-to-day store operations, staffing, and inventory management. In this role, you will be challenged to lead a team of dynamic Associates while providing customers with extraordinary service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure adequate shift coverage and scheduling to business needs including covering shifts if scheduled Associate is unable to work
• Provide ongoing and timely feedback to Associates to establish accountability

QUALIFICATIONS

• Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder and lift a minimum of 15 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write)

Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00
