We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our store, achieve sales targets, recruit and develop a passionate team, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll be a retail leader and a supporter of talent development, embodying the spirit of a superhero.

What You'll Do

• Ensure your store meets sales and comparable sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and passionate team.
• Create buzz and engage customers through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
• Lead operational excellence with a balance of organization, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting the business.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales reports and data to inform strategy.
• Manage store operations, adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and control spending.
• Merchandise the store effectively and launch promotions on schedule.
• Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented team.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
• Interest in pop culture trends and fandoms.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $22 - $27.50 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
