You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
Employees must work in hot, noisy environments, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
