Job Title: Kimbrell’s Store Manager

As we expand our presence across the region, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview: As the Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our retail operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities. From managing sales and customer service to ensuring operational efficiency, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Applicants must be open to travel while in training, and possible relocation as Manager**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, monitor credit accounts, schedule deliveries and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products in an attractive and enticing manner.

Qualifications:
