Position Summary

Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including hiring, coaching, merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services.

Pay Range: $54,150.00 - $99,750.00

Responsibilities

  1. Customer service.
  2. Drive store sales & promotions.
  3. Build customer satisfaction & loyalty to benefit teammates, customers, and the company.
  4. Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
  5. Track and meet payroll, budgets, and store goals.
  6. Maintain current records and financial information.
  7. Manage, schedule, and assign staff based on skills.
  8. Participate in paid training to stay current with industry developments.
  9. Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven success in retail sales management.
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
  • Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
  • Customer assistance skills for sales and complaints.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two-year college degree or equivalent.
