Job summary

Raptor’s is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance in Greenbrier, Arkansas. You’ll recruit, train, and coach a team while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

You’ll oversee staffing, inventory, cash handling, and vendor relationships, ensuring open/close procedures, accurate reports, and a welcoming store environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Staffing

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Train employees on customer service, store operations, and company policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and address employee relations issues.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels while minimizing unnecessary overtime.
• Lead by example - be willing to work alongside your team when needed.

Store Operations

• Ensure the store is open, staffed, and operating according to company standards.
• Conduct regular store walks to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and promotional areas stocked and organized.
• Monitor pricing, signage, and product presentation to meet company expectations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

Cash & Loss Prevention

• Monitor register activity and cash handling procedures.
• Investigate cash discrepancies and ensure accurate deposit preparation.
• Help prevent theft, fraud, and inventory loss by monitoring high-risk areas.

Inventory & Vendor Management

• Place and manage product orders based on sales and inventory needs.
• Verify deliveries and ensure products match invoices.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and manage damaged or expired merchandise.
• Build professional relationships with vendors and delivery representatives.

Food Service (if applicable)

• Ensure food is prepared to company standards and recipes.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards while monitoring food waste and costs.
• Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and food prep areas.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, lottery).
• Promptly report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Complete required paperwork and daily reports accurately and on time.
