Job summary

Raptor’s is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance in Greenbrier, Arkansas. You’ll recruit, train, and coach a team while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

You’ll oversee staffing, inventory, cash handling, and vendor relationships, ensuring open/close procedures, accurate reports, and a welcoming store environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to respond to staffing and operational needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness, inventory, and compliance.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Train employees on customer service, store operations, and company policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching and address employee relations issues.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels while minimizing overtime.
• Open and close procedures, inventory checks, and vendor management.
• Monitor pricing, signage, and product presentation to meet standards.
• Oversee store walks to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Monitor cash handling, investigate discrepancies, and prevent loss.
• Place and manage product orders, verify deliveries, and manage inventory.
• Ensure food service (where applicable) meets standards and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
