Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Manager for our NAPA auto parts store. You will lead a fast-paced retail team, own the P&L, identify growth opportunities, and drive customer care and revenue.

You will develop a strong crew, manage inventory, and ensure store safety and appearance while delivering top-tier service to customers and wholesale partners in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus.
• Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals.
• Customer focus and high energy in fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer/paper catalogs.
• Team-focused with strong customer service orientation.
• ASE Certifications are a plus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
• Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management experience
• Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)
• ASE Certifications
