Psycho Bunny is seeking a Store Manager for La Plaza Mall on-site to lead a high-energy team, drive sales, and uphold Psycho Bunny’s bold standards in retail.

You will manage operations, coach staff, optimize guest experiences through clienteling, and ensure visual standards from quarterly planning to daily execution, while safeguarding the store P&L and budget targets.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the District Store Manager, the Store Manager strategically manages and promotes a sales culture within the retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Your Daily Adventures

• Leadership and People Management: Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture by welcoming and celebrating differences. Establish a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives and cascade these to all team members.
• Working With Others: Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members, focusing on personal and professional development by ensuring a spirit of collaboration that enhances the guest experience.
• Guest Experience: Build a delighted and loyal customer base through clienteling by analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information. Coach and support team members to ensure a great guest experience, including technical product education and support in‑store transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Operations: Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives and guarantee the visual presentation of the store always meets or exceeds Psycho Bunny’s standards. Execute high-level quarterly and annual planning, budget and manage the store profit and loss in accordance with sales goals and applicable policies, procedures, laws or regulations.

Your Toolkit
