Braum's Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Forest Hill, TX. The role drives guest experience and maximizes sales by guiding the store team and practices across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

Expect a 45-hour week on a rotating 3-week schedule with compensation of $83,500–$90,000 per year. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k and more. Reports to the District Manager.

General Manager's role:

• Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensures that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved.
• Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
