Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth, promotional sales, customer service surveys/results, and fuel break-even.
• Manage store operating costs to meet or be below plan.
• Ensure the store is fully staffed with succession plans, train team members to follow training guidelines, and demonstrate core principles and competencies.
• Maintain compliance with fuel and merchandising programs.
• Support company initiatives and maintain changes.
• Report and handle all safety incidents per company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, Alabama).
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of continuous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
