The Opportunity: Grow Your Career

• Assist in managing Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources within a high-volume store
• Develop creative plans to increase store sales
• Manage store expenses and payroll to optimize business performance
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers
• Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to prepare them for Store Manager roles

Who We’re Looking For: You

• Three to five years' retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate large teams
• Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills

This position is bonus eligible with a starting salary range of $74,800 to $102,900 annually, based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
