Job summary

Amtel Wireless is hiring a Metro by T-Mobile Retail Sales Manager in Corpus Christi, TX. Lead your store team to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive sales, manage operations, and develop staff. Base plus commission with an average earnings around $42K+.

You will coach, train, and motivate associates, ensure storefront standards, execute promotions, and engage with the community to grow the business. This role requires flexibility for mornings/evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and upselling.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Experience in retail or telecom sales is a plus.

As a Store Manager, you will lead your team by creating a culture around superior customer experience, consistent sales delivery, operational standards, and team development! The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multi-tasking, attention to detail, and energetic about helping the employees and customers that enter their store! Every Store Manager should lead by example in regard to sales, store experience, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.

Required Qualifications:

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
