Job summary

Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile Warren is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance. You will oversee daily operations, training, and staffing to ensure consistent store standards and growth.

As a passionate leader, you will drive marketing efforts, recruit top talent, and model excellence in service, sales, and operations to achieve business goals and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team

As a Store Manager, you will lead your team by creating a culture around superior customer experience, consistent sales delivery, operational standards, and team development! The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multi-tasking, attention to detail, and energetic about helping the employees and customers that enter their store! Every Store Manager should lead by example in regard to sales, store experience, and operations.
