Job Overview

As a Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including team leadership, merchandising, advertising, and promotion of products and services.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer service and satisfaction
  2. Drive sales and promotions
  3. Build customer loyalty
  4. Manage inventory and competitor sourcing
  5. Track payroll, budgets, and store goals
  6. Manage staff scheduling and development
  7. Attend training to stay current in the industry
  8. Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction
  9. Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience in retail sales management
  3. Problem-solving skills for customer issues
  4. Ability to manage inventory and merchandising
  5. Customer service skills for sales and complaints
  6. Strong communication skills
  7. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  8. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
