What You'll Do as a Store Manager
  • Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
  • Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
  • Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members, coaching and mentoring for success.
  • Model and coach to Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
  • Manage labor budget, staffing needs, and scheduling, including updates and communication.
  • Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Complete daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, audits, merchandise orders, and manage inventory and deliveries.
  • Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on performance metrics.
  • Attend and complete all required training and assessments, including Food Protection Manager certification if applicable.
Compensation

Starting pay range: $46,000 - $62,500. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. The role is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses. The full salary range extends beyond the listed range, offering growth opportunities.
