Role Description

The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cockeysville, MD. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store sales, store operations, and their individual teams. This role includes leading and coaching team members, setting schedules, and monitoring performance to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Prior retail or footwear/apparel experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
