As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all store operations to maximize sales results while embodying "Our Burlington" values. You will mentor, coach, and lead your team, ensuring excellent customer service and a professional shopping environment. You will oversee merchandising, operations, and service management tasks, and hold overall responsibility for your store’s success and your team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure company policies, standards, and initiatives are implemented.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions, and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review inventory-related processes with Operations.
• Manage sales volume and expenses, including reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train store staff.
• Handle personnel issues and associate relations.
• Manage payroll, workforce scheduling, and budgeting.
• Facilitate communication between the store team, regional management, and other partners.
• Perform other related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment, and be able to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with scheduling and reporting software is required. Travel may be necessary.
