About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead the Jones Road team in the day-to-day operations for our Bucktown store location. The ideal candidate is energetic and experienced in makeup artistry with a passion for clean, natural beauty to assist and educate customers while providing the highest level of customer experience. The retail store manager will manage front- and back-of-house store operations to create a best-in-class customer experience, train and mentor the store team of makeup artists, and consistently increase in-store sales performance.

Store Management
