Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years management experience in food service or related industry
• Responsible for store operations and fostering a "run it like you own it" mentality
• Mentor and develop assistant managers
• Effective communication with the team and customers
• Maintain a calm demeanor during busy times
• Lead by example, uphold high standards, and ensure excellent customer service
• Manage staffing, including hiring, onboarding, and training
• Physical ability to work all shifts, stand, walk, and lift up to 55 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation; full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing, walking, and frequent use of equipment
• Occasional lifting up to 55 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
