Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas Inc is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our Bonham, TX store and ensure efficient operations. You will drive sales, uphold customer service standards, and manage store staff.

You will oversee daily activities, coach a team of sales associates and assistants, and report metrics while maintaining merchandising and a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage a budget.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
