The Store Manager is responsible for managing the entire store operation, ensuring a clean, friendly, and in-stock experience for customers. The SM leads the store management team to meet Coen objectives, initiatives, and profit goals. Responsibilities include maximizing profitability, managing expenses, optimizing revenue streams, and developing a high-performing team. The SM also ensures customer and team satisfaction, enforces brand standards, and grows profitability.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Deliver a clean, friendly, and in-stock experience to every customer daily.
- Monitor financial performance trends to achieve store profitability and ensure plan execution.
- Manage inventory effectively, minimize waste, communicate vendor issues, and manage cash procedures.
- Analyze audit results and address issues promptly.
- Foster a learning environment for team development.
- Maintain safety, service, and operational standards, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
- Lead change initiatives and educate staff on their importance.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience, resolve customer complaints, and gather feedback for improvement.
- Staff the store appropriately, participate in hiring, and manage scheduling and labor hours.
- Oversee training, performance appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary actions.

Education and Experience

- 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail or convenience stores.
