Salary ranges from $32,500 to $38,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

Additional earning potential includes a bonus program based on store performance and uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
• Achieving sales quotas measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers professionally and upbeat
• Building customer loyalty and long-term relationships
• Increasing customer traffic through local marketing
• Maintaining client billing records and tracking delinquent accounts
• Keeping the salon clean and organized
• Handling cash, opening/closing the business
• Completing administrative paperwork and tracking goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• At least two years of management experience or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
• Proven customer service skills
• Polished professional appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours daily
