Retail Assistant Store Manager - Bloomington, MN (Mall of America)

Job Description

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and help deliver an outstanding guest experience while exemplifying our Brand, Vision, and Values in all store operations and guest interactions.

• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain high merchandising standards
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members
• Create a positive, safe, and fun store environment
• Deliver retail experiences aligned with LEGO Brand values

Requirements include management experience in retail, proficiency with POS systems, loss prevention, cash management, recruitment, training, scheduling, visual merchandising, and physical ability to perform job duties. Must be available to work 40 hours weekly.

The hourly wage ranges from $30.39 to $32.39, based on responsibilities and market factors. Benefits and detailed compensation will be discussed upon offer.
