We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and managing team performance. You will be a leader who develops talent and provides outstanding customer service, embodying the spirit of a superhero.

What You'll Do
  1. Ensure store meets sales plans and goals.
  2. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team.
  3. Create engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
  4. Maintain operational excellence with organizational structure, delegation, and customer-first practices.
  5. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting business.
  6. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
  7. Analyze sales reports to guide strategy.
  8. Manage store policies, procedures, and supply ownership responsibly.
  9. Merchandise the store effectively and launch promotions timely.
  10. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented team.
What You'll Need
  1. 1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams.
  2. High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.
  3. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
  4. Interest in pop culture and music trends.
  5. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
